Italeri House 1

On a game table, a diorama or a vignette you need some scenery. Therefore I like the houses of Italeri very much.

Here you can see the first one I've  painted some time ago. There are some others like a church coming up, but that’s for the future.

The house is completely painted with acrylic paints from Games Workshop.

Buck Rider

Today I present to you a figure which was presented to all visitors on the big war-game event last November in Antwerp, Belgium: Crisis

Normally I don’t paint 28mm figures, I’m not a war gamer but a figure painter, but here I make an exception. It’s the figure of the meeting 2010.

Great bandit, isn't it!

Hope you like him ;-)

If you want some more information about the legend about the buck riders you can find it here

On Patrol

This time some figures and a little vignette of the English Civil War (ECW). It all started with some other guys by painting figures as comparison. And this was the result:

But I found this guy a bit lonely, so I started to create a little dio with some friends of him. They are situated somewhere on a hill, on patrol. It became my favourite work.

The figures are from A Call To Arms, these sets:
- Royalist infantry
- Parliament infantry
- English civil war command set

And here are the pictures. Enjoy them.

I also would like to say welcome to some new friends here:

Prussian Artillery

This was my first attempt to make a little diorama. I’ve made it in march 2009. The figures I used are all from Hät. Prussian artillery and the French ammunition caisson set .

I did a paint conversion to let them look like Prussians.
As you can see I’ve made the base very simple, with some stuff that was lying around here. Nowadays I have better things to cover my terrain.

Isn't this beautifull?

Hope you enjoyed this contribution!

I also would like to welcome some friends here on my blog.
First of all Paul (Paul’s bods), João (GEM), Maurice (Mini Figs), Caliban (Caliban-somewhen), The Angry Lurker (The Angry Lurker) and Dani.

Welcome on my blog !!!!!

Teutonic Knights

This is my latest creation. It’s been made for a Group Build on Benno's Figures Forum. It shows a charge of Teutonic Knights somewhere in the desert. As you can see there are great spaces between  the riders, because it’s the intention to put more riders on it. Let’s say that it is still a work in progress.
The figures are from the Italeri Set 6019, painted with acrylics. I’ve painted one of each pose and converted some others as flag bearers.

I hope you like them :-D
