I've got this nice figures from my good friend Detlef Heerbrand from Germany. We often swap figures, and I was so happy with these I started painting them as soon as I could. And I must say that I like the final result very much.

This is a Saracen knight I painted some time ago after I painted a crusader knight of the same bunch of Hong Kong figures I have of this brand. The other figure: Britains Hong Kong Crusader Knight. These figures are rather flat and maybe a bit smaller as the original figures. But they are fun to paint. I hope you like him.

I painted this figure from "A CallTo Arms" some time ago but didn't post him here. The first of this set was painted in 2016 (ACTA Norman Infantry), so it's about time the other 3 poses will follow. This one is ready, two more to go. I hope you like him.

I'v epainted these figures last week. I didn't want to do something special with them because these are not so good copies of the brand Starlux. I have cut away what was possible without damaging the figure. The faces I didn't touch. I use blue and yellow as main colors. Now they look a bit as Swedish Knights! 😊

These figures were lying way to long in a box unpainted. I've got one sprue of these from a swap with a friend. When I started on them I saw two figures with snow shoes and the other eight without. So I based two groups on gras and the others in the snow. I base these figure only for storage as I'm not a wargamer. A review of these figures can be found on Plastic Soldier Review.

I was happy I could buy these two figures in another bunch of old figures. I love the Dulcop figures and I like to paint them now and then. these two were partly painted and I'm not sure if they were factory painted or someone made an attempt to give them some color. I think I may say I brought these two alive with my painting. One of the poses is a bit odd, it looks like he's dancing on the music, but I like them. Hopefully one day I find the other poses to.

This figure I bought at the last CRISIS at Sint-Niklaas. I always have been a very big fan of the Sharpe series and I couldn't resist buying it. It is from the company named Stronghold Terrain and it is 28 mm high. It painted very well and I'm happy with the way he looks now. I've painted this figure also for the Analogue Hobby Painting Challenge. I hope you like him.

These are very old and hard to get figures from Airfix. And when you find them they can be very fragile and break easely. These were the figures I have spare and that's why I painted them. I hae the small box (14 figures) complete with unpainted figures and I want to keep them that way.
I've painted two of these some time ago (see here ) but now I've painted the other five to. All painted with acrylic paint, as always. I hope you like them.

This year I'm taking part in the Analogue Hobby Painting Challenge and this was my first entry. The figure is from a company called AM/63. Never heard of them but I liked the figure, so I repainted him to make him look better. Maybe I post this a bit late, but I'm painting so many things that I didn't had time to post him here. For my figure counter it will be the first one of this year. I hope you like this figure with the big shovel!
