First post of the year and there are some things I want to share with you. First of all I wanted to wish every reader and follower from this little blog a:
Happy New Year!
May it give all you want, that you may stay healthy and that you can paint and model all the things you want!
Now back to the title of this post. As you can see a Hat set. Once again a Colonial one, more specific the Zulu Wars, as this is one of my favorite periods. They go very well with the Hat 8182 Natal Native Horse figures I painted earlier. Used the same colour scheme to paint them. I hope you like them.
So that makes my first eight figures of the year. I hope to paint a little more as I did last year.
Here is the final standing of 2014:
- 6 mm: 1 figure on horse
- 20 mm: 49 figures and 2 canons
- 28 mm: 4 figures
- 54 mm: 4 figures
I must/can paint more figures as this!
Then, and this is the last part of this post, I want to make some promotion, for the FIGZ show at Arnhem on June 7th of this year. More information can be found here!
Hope to see some of you over there!
And for now:

Nice figures Peter, and bright painting too. I`ve often wondered if I ought to buy some of these but, then I dismiss the idea because of the rubbery stuff they starch down to make them with, which goes so fragile with time.I`ve lost far to many Hat Napoleonics from bits breaking off when doing a simple photo shoot. See Ya! BB
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThanks Paul! These are made from soft plastic and don't break! And they paint well! Buy one box and you will see what I mean!
VerwijderenGreetings
Peter
