Oh what a (k)night!

After all those Napoleonic figures in the last posts it's about time to show something different. This knight is from the Zvezda set English Knights of the 100 Years War (8044). A very nice set again from this manufacturer. Lovely sculpted with very nice details. Painted with acrylics from Revell and Games Workshop.

Now a little word about the title. Again this was something I've painted for a duel on Benno's Figures Forum. It was the meaning that this duel would start around Christmas night but for some reason it started much later. That's why I choosed for that title. The result of the duel can be seen here.

Hat 8230 1806 Prussian Artillery Part 2 and ......

Today I present you the second part on this set. Here i have based them for a duel on Benno's Figures Forum. Titel of the work was "Don't burn the grass". It was a mistery duel where I challenged other members to come with one piece of artillery and four crew members. The result of this duel can be seen here.

I used a 4 mm MDF base from 6 by 6 cm.

And now the "and ...." in the title! Today I'm celebrating my 49th birthday. It's the firts time in years that I'm at home on this occasion. Normally I'm always on vacation but this years we had other plans. Working on the house and moving out the oldest son are two of them.

BUM Hurons

This set of figures was a gift from my good friens Pascal! You can see his work on Sam's Minis World! Seeing these figures on his blog I asked him if the figures were good. The result is that he sended one of each to me.

After all those Austrian figures I was happy that I could paint something else!

And here's the result!

There was a lot of flash on these figures, but when I look at them from a distance I'm happy with them. I hope you like them to.
