TIM-MEE - Cowboy 1

And we stay in the Wild West. This time a cowboy of the brand TIM-MEE of Germany. Not sure how many different cowboys there are. I have knowledge of five, but there might be more. The figure painted up very nicely but I don't know what they did with the mould. It looks like he is badly glued together from two parts. Cutting wasn't a solution. I would have ruined the whole figure. Let's have a look at him.

Airfix - 7th Cavalry

This is a figure of one of the best sets ever made by Airfix in scale 1/32. The reason I painted this one was because he was painted by someone else but not good enough for my taste. So here you can see him repainted. I'm planning to do some more, not good enough painted, figures of this set, but not now. I hope you like this one already.

Revell 2563 French Knights 1/6

Finally I've painted my first 1/72 scale figures of this year. These knights were actually first made by Accurate but Revell reissued them. My youngest son bought these on a second hand market and they were so ugly painted that he asked me to repaint them. I will paint them in six groups, as much as there are riders in the set. This is the Black-Orange gang! And I hope you like them.

And now up to gang number two. After they are all painted they will be for sale. My son don't want to keep them.

PRB - Lady with gun

This lady is of the Italian brand PRB, or Plastic Rastignano Bologna. I don't know if there are many figures of this brand, because my first thought that it was a KOHO figure, because she fits very well with these figures, as you can see in the last picture. I painted her like a pioneers woman. I hope you like her.

Cherilea - African dancer

This nice Cherilea figure was a nice gift from my friend Detlef. First I wasn't thinking to paint this figure but then I thought why not. And now you see the result here. I wanted him to give him some color and now he looks okay to me, this nonviolent figure.

KOHO - Cowgirl and Cowboy

KOHO comes from the names "Koch & Hofmockel". These are the two Wild West figures I have from this brand. There are others but I think they are hard to find. Anyhow it was a pleasure to paint these and I hope you like them.

PS: some say that the lady is "Calamity Jane", but that's just a rumor! :-D

Crescent - French Foreign Legion

Here are two of the six poses that exist from this Crescent French Foreign Legion figures. I've painted them in blue and white while these normally have red trousers. I just wanted them to fit with my other FFL figures of Timpo, Britains and a Starlux copy that I have painted. I hope you like them.
